Project Jumper

In Spring 2009, the UMBC G.A.I.M. program introduced a new final projects class for its game design students. As a member of this class, I was assigned to be an art lead for "Jumper," one of two games produced within the semester. In addition to leading the art team in the initial planning stages, I made one of the characters in the game (seen below), from modeling to texturing and into rigging for animation. I also rigged the female model and created the first-person animations for all three characters. To see the game in action, click the last link below to see a video provided by the UMBC G.A.I.M. department.

Melifador's Bridge

For UMBC's Anatomy of a Video Game class, taught in Spring 2008, along with students Helen Zhang, Maria Aliprando, Sean Young, and David Tournabene, I worked on the a fighting game we later titled "Melifador's Bridge." My work primarily revolved around the male model. Over the semester, I modeled, textured, rigged, animated, and de-bugged my model in addition to some work animation on the female model and various debugging. For more information on the project or if you'd like to read the story behind the game, please check out our manual.
